I’ve been frustrated with myself all month after losing lbs on my max bench @ 280..until I looked at the weight I was actually putting on there and realized I was back up to 275, I swear its all mental…either that,  I’m just losing my mind, or I reverted back to the 1st grade and forgot how to count..
