Hmm...
To all those bodybuilders out there..
I’ve hit a plateau with my bench and feel like (if nothing more) I’m actually getting weaker.
I’m 100% guilty of hitting the bench press EVERY chest/tris day, so would it be better to switch to decline press or even just avoid some days and do dumbells?

Life has been very up and down lately,and hopefully everything will even out sooner rather than later. I miss seeing my girls daily updates and everyones advice and positive attitudes. SO, prepare for more updates!

One of my new years resolutions will be to take this blog more seriously. I’ve been doing really good this past year, I’ve even gained around 30lbs which is a huge deal for me! I’m back on SuperPump as well and have switched up when I do certain things so I feel my posts could be beneficial to those of you who don’t follow me because my girlfriend has begged you to haha....

Alright so..
…for a long time now I have deeply DESIRED to play football again. But lately (lately means never) I haven’t done lower body enough to call it exercising. Mondays are amazing
Sore from football (the good kind of sore) except for my continuously sprained ankle, but my monday is actually looking positive. Gym today, (triceps time) and I really, REALLY want to get my bench up 10 or 15 more lbs before christmas time.. Oh and plus, the Giants are playing tonight!

Morning vs Afternoon vs Night Workouts
So a lot of people on Tumblr are morning people. They wake up, head to the gym and continue on with their day. I envy these people to the max.
